Whats worse than SOAP on a ROPE
Looks like someone forgot their NDA at the MVP summit. I always thought SOAP on a ROPE (the long abandoned toolkit for VB6 to consume SOAP messaging) was a painfully silly acronym. Now we get word that the new developer environment to replace Whidbey(?) is code named Cider (see: http://blogs.msdn.com/jgalasyn/archive/2005/09/30/475770.aspx).
So, that means that large shops that have separate design devs and programming devs will be benefiting from the combination of SPARKLing CIDER?
AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........
At least it's tasty.
